table height cell not changeable.

Good morning.

I set this table by joining the cells, but I don't understand why it increases my height.
If I want to make it higher, it makes me do it while I want it normal.
there is no way to do it like the other cells see for example the reached efficiency line.

Is there any setting to set?

is not a list parts but a simple table? How did you join the cells?
if it is a table button dx -> change table -> button "lay-out table" open the options for text styles and header, varying the values of these but from editors styles change text height and headers
