2012 autocad block with the measuregeom command

Hello, everyone. I have a big problem with autocad 2012. I installed the other one yesterday through a computer technician. tonight I was again put to see some program with some video guide to learn how to use it but as soon as I tried to click on the ruler it closed autocad and in the bottom right appeared a window that says. the video driver stopped working and was correctly restored.

is it a problem solved?

p.s. I want to specify that I have a notebook asus x53sv sx607v with 8 gb ram, intel core i7 second generation to 2,20 ghz and nvidia geforce gt540m with 2 gb dedicated. Can a computer so not hold autocad?

2) did the assistance suggest you which drivers are up to date?

time ago had introduced a similar problem for the same command in autocad 2010.

download service pack 1. the browser tells me that I have correctly downloaded and installed the service pack and updated autocad 2012. ...... the problem persists

with one line only if I click on the measure command does not close and does not give the error. with many lines if I click on the command instead gives the error.
even with many lines typing measuregeom in the command bar does not block.
