advice on buying video card

Good morning, I would like to have your opinion on which video card to buy. my pc mounts: an intel core i3 3.30 ghz, 8 gb ram and for now it still has the built-in graphics card.
with the built-in video card it became impossible to work on it as when I go to create assemblies a little more complex it starts to hang.
My choice fell on the asus gt610 2gb ddr3, do you think it's okay? Do you have any advice? my budget is 50/70 euros.

I strongly advise you not to use professional tabs like painting. is not a problem of performance itself, but of stability. If opengl drivers are not well done, you may have, as well as instability, odds that disappear, seen without some rows and odds in general.
if your budget is so limited, go to the used with a card like the picture k600.

I don't want to give judgments. ...as has already written mechanicng the gt 620 definitely goes more than integrated but do not expect great performance...if you want a bit more brio you have to raise your budget to about 70-100€ with some more performing vga type gt 640...740.. .
