align the ucts with a line

hi, yes there is the command, but I can't find it, in practice I need to rotate the whole design aligning it to a line that is currently tilted, not having a "even" inclination but with many decimals e.g.19,3254795412. .
I can't use the wheel command.. .
I remember that an ex-connect used a command to align the line with the horizon to apply the changes of the case comfortably, then it restored everything with great ease... I just don't remember that command.
Can you help me?

to rotate a drawing you can use the wheel command with the reference setting before it will show you the starting position and then the arrival position, in your case i 19,3254795412...°
