animation with deformed tire

Hello everyone, I apologize in advance if I write in the wrong section. I would need to create a simple animation of a tire turning over a roller. I would do it in solid edge, program with which I work, but I need to highlight the deformation of the tire (accentuandola) to create a small illustrative animation. I wanted to know if there are software suitable for this purpose, it would be better that animation was 3d and can use 3d drawings made with solid edge. However I could also accept a 2d animation. as a reference I thought about the 3d animations present in this video

If it's animation, then 3ds max can do it.
In this case it's cingoli, but the method can be transferred to a tire.
concepts are also transferable to other programs that contain equivalent tools
