ansys multiphysics problem

Good evening, I am a civil engineering student and I am using multiphysics ansys software. I would like to ask you a simple question: after turning the program and getting the solutions, is there any procedure that I should follow before I can change something and make it turn again? because every time I turn it for the second time it makes me mistake. thanks to anyone who will answer me.
