ansys workbench (sig$ill) errore

Hello everyone, I am using ansys workbench for a structural static problem.
after importing the cad model, created a mesh, defined constraints and forces, eventually I tried to solve getting the following error:
"an unknown error involved during solution. check the solver output on the solution information object for possible causes."
after checking the solver, the following error occurs:

"an unexpected error ( sig$ill ) has... ansys internal data
has been corrupted. ansys is unable to recover and will end.
previously saved files are unaffected. please send the date leading
to this operation to your technical support provider, as this will
allow ansys, inc to improve the program."
I got the same error using both version 14.5 and 16 of ansys.
Does anyone know what the cause might be?

They usually solve.
Your geometry is okay?
Are the constraints appropriate? is the body properly bound?
I would leave mesh and down to the boundary conditions.
See that there is no mesh element that is not done well, maybe it changes the mesh settings.
I am going to try but I have no solutions.

Hi, I haven't contacted the assistance yet. I noticed that the problem is also resumed with a simple geometry created on workbench. I get the same mistake once the solutor starts. .
