archicad: problema basic retini

Guest
hello to all, so far I have worked in archicad with standard samples of created objects but I would like to start applying the retini both on plants and on sections. I tried all the roads indicated by the various forums but I can't find the retini to apply. in some videos you click on element setting - structure - retini section and appear dozens and dozens of retini to choose from. . I try but only the intensity appears in % but no net to be used. in the retinal click toolbar and a drop-down with the intensity in %, the contour but no list of retinals to choose from. I tried with the library manager to try to import/activate retini but I found nothing.
Can you help me understand where I'm wrong or how can I activate a list of retinals and how to apply them?
Of course I apologize for having to ask such basic questions.. .
thanks anticipate to all even if you have to receive only simple links to basic tutorials that I have not found.
good 2017 to all the editorial staff. . .

I don't know Archicad well.
I think you should do two steps first:
1 - menu [Opzioni] ==> [Attributi elemento] ==> [Tipo di retino]. in the window that appears to you go to define the types of retino, in the section "disability retini ...." define the scope of use (applied to surfaces, sections etc.)
2 - menu [Opzioni] ==> [Attributi elemento] ==> [Strutture composte] go to define the type of structure you want to use (e.g. wall, floor etc...) and choose the type of retino you want to apply to the structure in section.
3 - read a bit the manual, the retinal section and types of structures to deepen better.
