artlantis. when i insert shaders into the scene become white

Hi, I'm starting to use artlantis now, I've already done some renders in the past with this program and I've never had this problem.
I imported the 3d file from autocad, inserted the interior lights and the sun.
when I insert artlantis materials on objects become white I do not see any colors or textures.
Why? What do I do?
explain me with simple words please! !
