autocad installation problems 2009 on windows 7

I bought a new notebook asus with windows 7 to 64 bit and during the installation process I see this error:

error 1935. error during installation of the assembly 'microsoft.vc80,type="win32", verason="8.0.50727.762" publickeytoken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b", processarchitecture="amd64"'

I hope I have copied the error well

I don't know how to do that. I hope someone can help me.

at least for old versions is a mistake related to the framework.

But in your case it seems that you tend to charge some components for the 32bit system and consequently it goes wrong.
