autocad lt 2016 is devoid of working area 3d

Good morning, I am a beginner of autocad 3d, or at least I would like to be. I tried to search the forum and found nothing about it (or maybe I didn't look good). there is no 3d modeling work space and I can't create it with customize. I also opened a dwg in 3d but do not appear the appropriate commands for the 3d, remain those for the 2d. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? thanks in advance to those who will help me.
