autocad mobile app free: problem in managing external references

Hello, as from title I have a problem with external references present in the free version of autocad. saving the file from the pc, then with the image present in the same path of the cad file, opening the file from the ipad gives me external file loading error (photo nr.1 above description). I found nothing on the internet. how can I upload this file so that the program can find it? Thank you. I attach photos of the "problem".

It might be that you have to copy the jpg image as well as the dwg file....
on the pc works so we say, or you select the reference path. from the app, as already described in my first post, even finding itself on the same path does not recognize it.
in photo n.3 selects reference file but how do you do it?

is there no possibility to select a director? Doesn't the app developer respond?

the app sends back to a guide (photo attached) but honestly I still can't figure out what I'm wrong. I thought in the forum someone could help me and maybe you know this app better than me...

where is the folder that should contain the file and which, I imagine, is the 3 image of the first post?

the file is located on the ipad so you can access it in mobility and take a quick look at the projects drafted in the office.
I have done several tests, both from the cloud folder, and saving the file in the internal memory of the device (in all cases in the same directory obviously).
instead, I don't know which folder or location or location refers to this when I try to upload it and look for it from the app (photo nr.3 of the first post)

nvece, I don't know which folder or location refers to this when I try to upload it and look for it from the app
I'd say that's what you need to understand.
or change the reference by giving it the internal memorabilia

I see from the image that there is the uploading files button. imagino that if you click on the button does make the 3.jpg image upload procedure in its unknown reference folder. as I don't have this app you have to try.

that screenshot refers to the reference guide present online on the app, then clicking on the uploading files button sends you to the instruction page (apparently easy but useless in my case). Attach the photo with the next screen if I press that button from you mentioned. .
