automatic quota during a feature

I would like to know if there is an option to activate to have an automatic quotation of values for example a loft flap. if I have to do a 100 to 50 diameter reduction, in the command I insert the two hand shares during creation (red because I go to change the size) while to my colleague gives them automatically when it inserts the value in the command line. Is there something to activate to have this?
