automatic replacement of circles with blocks

Hello, guys, I have a problem that I can't solve.... on a layer I have hundreds of circles representing flashes of a commune.. .
my question is this....if I want to automatically change all these circles with dwg blocks ....in practice I would like to change the shape of these circles in a more pleasant and more intuitive form
I can't do one by one because it's hundreds.
