axis of revolution, help! !

Hello.

So I was practicing in an exercise proposed by prof!, well in the end I stumbled into a "change of revolution"!
What I can understand is that I never accept the axis of revolution.
It could be because the cylinder is full!

I then chose "exchange of revolution"
I drew a circle on the line that identifies the cylinder cap, the center of the circle must stand on the cylindrical cloak
