beam connections results: how do they read?

Bye to all,

I am doing a simple analysis in workbench of a structure loaded with three forces of different entities in the three directions x, y and z and bound to the ground with a set of bolts, which I represent as beam connections.
All right, except for the results I get, that I don't know how to "play". for example on one of the beams I find:

- axial force 4,7199e+005 n
- torque 40867 nmm
- shear force at 1,4973e+005 n:confused:
- shear force at j 1,4973e+005 n:confused:
- moment at 2,0931e+006 nmm
- moment at j 1,501e+006 nmm

problems are as follows:
1) how do I understand how the axes i and j of individual beam connections are put?
2) for forces applied with different entities in the three spatial directions, I get a cut on the same bolts in direction i and j. should not be like this!

I sprayed everywhere in the manual, but I'm not running.

Thank you in advance for the support you will be able to give me!
