black shadows in rendering

Dear friends, I am making an outdoor render with autocad, the result is not bad; but in the final rendering of the shadows are black...how can I lighten the shadows, perhaps giving it a transparency to show the materials? ? ?

I apologize if for some the question may seem trivial, but it is recently that I use autocad to make

it would seem not set "ground sky and lighting" (skystatus = 2).

kind gp, the problem has been solved; sky and lighting was set...the shadows were black because indirect lighting was not active, and the photon/campion factor was set low.
