bond bolt connection - plate

Good morning to all,
First I introduce myself. My name is francesco and I am an aviation engineer who works at air maintenance. the company for which I work is starting to propose on the market also with design solutions that often require fem verification.
I am therefore beginning to use ansys workbench 15. I am therefore a beginner, so I apologize for any errors.

to begin I am trying to perform a verification to a ground bound aluminum plate by 10 bolts, loaded by a couple applied in the center of the plate.

I have already drawn all the plate directly from ansys and I performed the first meshatura. Now I have a doubt about how to simulate the bolt bond to the plate. the contact between bolt and plate takes place through the bolt head.
How can I simulate this bond?
also to refine the solution, how can I refine the meshatura at the holes?
