in electric vehicles the mesa on the ground is as a section equal to the section of the charging cables up to 35mm2 , from the onwards it is allowed to reduce the section.
But if you want to be quiet, it is always necessary to have the same section of the conductors who carry the stage so that in case of problems the ground cable is not undersized compared to the rest of the system.

apart from dimensionalizing a medium or high-rise system looking on a forum is at least dangerous, how about explaining a little better than it is? What do you mean by mat? Are you talking about a three-phase motor powered on average or powered by a substation? What's the dumper? What is the topology of the plant? what land is expected? and, last but not least, how does athlon say, what powers are we talking about?
