hello to all, they are struggling with the simulation of a frame consisting of 4 beams, two transversal and two longitudinal, which form a rectangle. I have to check the torsion of longitudinal beams. to evaluate the angle of torsion I suppose to be able to use between the outputs the flexible rotation in the final section. the problem is that I can't decipher which angle is what calculates ansys, that is if it is a twist angle or if it calculates the rotation of the whole beam, because I have results different from those I expected, and in addition I have different results if I imposed a remote point in the same point or if I consider the geometry. on the ansys guide is not explained much regarding the flexible rotation. Can you tell me how this command works?

I need to calculate the twist of the longitudinal beams (l), that is the angle of which the sections rotate around the x axis. I thought I could use rotation flexible probe, indicating in geometry the entire longitudinal beam, but I think that is the rotation of the entire beam that tends to go down, so the angle that the axis of the beam forms with the x axis. How can I do, instead, to have as a result the angle of torsion?

beyond the software.. define a local reference system in axis with the two beams and evaluate the rotation of beam knots compared to these new reference systems
