cartiglio, addition and modification attributes

Good morning! I have already seen other similar posts but I need something a little more particular. I have designed the new paperwork to be presented on future drawings, as I can insert the various attributes (drawing date, description, orders, etc...) and make sure that in the various drawings you can change through the Advanced editor attributes ?

Now I'm still at the point that I've finished drawing the paper, positioning the writings and logo as I want (or better, the boss  ) and now I am ready to "compile" attributes. I would also like to turn the cartilage into a block so as to use the paste copy on the various drawing formats!
How do I proceed? with "manage attributes" do not come as I want!

Thank you all for your help!

Draw the cartilage make it a block then enter into it and create attributes (attdef) in which you will set all the properties and which you will place where you need.
get out of the block saving it

which of the following steps did not manage to do?

more than I did not succeed, when I come out of the block editor, the labels can not change them, the advanced editor does not open, but the window that allows to change only that label, which has as voices "tag" "message" "default"

I did it. only one doubt remains to me:

I don't know why it puts us a bit to update the attributes list (I have to open and close edited blocks two or three times), same thing goes for changes to the text or location. advice?
