codec video per win 7 64bit

hello to everyone, I noticed that in win 7 pro 64bit there are many video codecs missing than the 32bit version. for example the famous cinepack radius.
How did you solve the problem?

the problem is that if you carry a video made with these codecs, the computer of the recipient does not always see it.
for example, in win xp 32bit I used a lot in cinepack radius, which in win7 64bit does not exist. and there is not even the possibility to enter it individually in win7.
