cognitive calculation and learning machines in cam strategies

Good morning to all, I'm looking for a cam that exploits cognitive calculation in milling strategies, and use "learning machines" learn from the sequences used by me or other users in the cloud of the cam manufacturer software house. I took the cue from the ibm watson system, is there a cam like this?
