thank you for responding to me in reality I am preparing to work as a mechanical designer or designer after years that I went to do more for need after three-year degree in mechanical engineering.

I'm aware that I can't introduce myself to an interview with the other person's computer that I know. only for teaching and having an idea of how a complete project is presented.

beyond the beautiful impression that you would give at first, showing a non-your project you would find yourself in a hard time later, when you will have to prove what you actually know about what will be required.
I think the best and correct way is to expose your real knowledge and declare your will and commitment that you will demonstrate in learning and applying if you are hired.
normally in companies the new ones come to the beginning are accompanied by already experienced staff who will have to train them on the type of work to be carried out and that will "measure them" on the real skills before entrusting them more challenging tasks and independently.

I agree with you 100% actually, maybe I felt bad in the post.
I am looking for resources to be able to compare them with knowledge maybe to take away some basic doubts first. It would be nice if I find a situation like this in which I am actually flanked at first.
As I said, I can draw well with inventor,solid work,edge, catia, but you know it's not enough. I have doubts about the choice of material, tolerances, treatment, fem...

once you understand what the company produces where you are a candidate, you could invent your own targeted example
interview.
post how much you can document according to your current experience and definitely the forum experts will give you answers to solve your doubts.

Unfortunately your request is too vague.
you could start with telling us the business sector and what kind of products it produces: just to have an idea of complexity

I think what you have to do is be honest and tell the selector what you can really offer. the designer is a job that you cannot improvise and it is not possible to bluff, because they come to see you immediately. There's always a trial period to pass, and if you don't show up, it's easy for them to leave you home. I read enthusiasm in your words and this is the wave that I would be in you; you may propose to be hired with a reduced salary for 6 months/1 year (invest on yourself) and if after that period you feel you have learned so much to ask for an adjustment, you ask. If they give it to you, stay, otherwise you look for another place. in the meantime you have made 6 months/1 year of real experience on the field.

as already mentioned in the student section all this is treated extensively, so you will find the use of the main steels, thermal treatments, component quotation, choice of tolerances and roughness, how to read a fem...
Of course they are always limited discussions to the specific problem treated and therefore if you are looking for a discussion with the dispenses of all the topics that interest you will not find (although on the net you find a little everything).
However, material sources or attachments are often linked to discussions.
You have to get busy and start reading, then if you need clarification ask questions.

Maybe you can start drawing something trivial, or take it in the already shaped grabcad, explaining the choice of material, tolerances and roughness, perhaps a draft working cycle
