connect polyline to a block attributes without data field

substantially would need to connect a polyline to an attribute block. without passing through the data field.
I have many polylines to associate with the block. Of course, connecting the polylinea to the block attributes I need to have the polylinea area.

while I connect polylinea through data field, I manually insert the value of square meters

depends on the complexity of polylinea.
if it is a rectangle (I imagine a room) just copy the polylinea and its data field in a new location, change one of 2 and see how it updates only any modified
