"constant" autocad mode attribute

Hi.
I'm new to the forum.
I recently started using autocad and I have some difficulties with the attributes of the blocks.
I'll explain. When I create an attribute with "constant" mode, once assigned to the block and placed everything in the design, I can't move them separately. If I select the block, the attribute is also selected. the flag "lock position" is not selected.
If I create non-costant attributes, I can select them and move them.
is it possible that "costant" attributes cannot be moved?

what you could do is exploit the features of dynamic blocks.
insert a Parameter "point" and then one action di spostamento "poste" . select the constant attribute when object selection is required.
you will get a grip to drag the attribute.
