Constraints / mates e collisions --> come risolvere?

Hello everyone, I open this discussion because I would need a hand to understand how to correctly set the constraints between the parts of my assembly in order to reach the desired movement.
object description:It is a medical device that "splashes" the medicine by lowering the two side fins. as you can see from the section, there is an internal structure to u (blue color) that goes up and down, pressing on the spray bottle content the medicine.
the two wings can only "roteare" and are bound to the main body with a spherical bond. Once the fins rise or descend, they move a piston/internal connector that in turn transfers the bike to the internal structure to u.
modeling:I have designed to model the individual parts (more details will be added) according to a reference image (original section of the object), but I am having trouble binding them correctly together.
For some reason I can't set the colliding between the parties nor make the central structure to u descend.

I leave in Annex pictures of the real object and a zip file with my assembly.

Thank you all in advance if you want to help me.

Bye.
I managed to open the file and it seems that the constraints are placed well.

Unfortunately there is still something that does not work as it should: if I try to make a simulation (motion analysis) applying two equal forces on the arms of the mechanism, nothing moves.. .
