Good morning to all,
testing the command exports to dwg, using solid edge 2020 I have several (limiting) issues.
the file is a plant layout with many symbols, inserted as blocks.
problems are:
- thickness of lines : I would like to manage a single thickness for all lines and it would be enough not to handle the thickness of the export lines.
- colors of the blocks: a color has been assigned to the block, but the lines inside it may not have that color. in the export I get the color of the inner line and not what I have assigned to the whole block. I would need an export option "export with block colors".
- scale of the type of line: in itself the line drawn, is managed with a "distance between the restraints". in autocad is managed by a file "text" so that this distance is not managed between the restraints. autocad has a variable, called ltscale with which to manage this "distance". in the export itself, a dotted line or dots, seems to disappear, but instead it simply has this bad set variable. can you change?
- time of execution of the command: to say little biblical. Can you lean in any way?
these and many other info are managed by the seacad.ini file, which is editable via note block, but I would like to have your opinions on the points above, to understand how to change it.
Thank you so much as always.
