as I had already said in other posts I find myself since last year with the following problem.
the renewal of the service contract there is a time gap between the regular payment of the annual quota and the renewal of the access to the siemens site. Therefore: it is from July 5 that are cut off from the siemens site and consequently also from the official forum and of course I can not download the latest service packs. I called the assistance is they told me that this is due to the fact that siemens decided (to save) to move all the management of accesses from individual national servers to a single serveron in land. this has led to delays in the renewal that (according to them) concerns only a few "lucky".
