delete a prefix from the layer name

Good morning to all,
I received a file from a colleague (the file did a little spins so I can't get back to the source) where the xrefs were joined.
my problem is that by reshaping the file in the various xrefs the names of the layers are very long because they all have the prefix of the source xref and attacking them as xref on other files the name would become even longer. my question is: is there a lisp to rename multiple layers selected by removing this prefix?
thanks to all

use rename command.
for example imagine that the prefix/name of the xref is: "planimetry $0$"
then write in the field "old name": planimetria_test$0$*
and in the field "rename in": *
then press the "rename in" button
