Good evening,
I came across an almost ridiculous problem.
I'm suggesting a refurbishment of a pre-war building on two floors, with lower floors given the age of the building.
I shaped the factual state and demolished much of the building leaving what I still need, especially a perimeter wall with bond.
This wall, on the first floor remains as a fact but the one on the upper floor must be demolished for half of its height to make sure that the refurbishment loft arrives at the new level of project.
a situation like this in the yard solve it with flexible and good will.
question: Can you demolish a portion that portion of wall? ?
I searched in other forums but I read that partial demolition of a wall must be priori. Is there no way to do what doesn't make me 1st twist the model with consequent errors of constraints and 2nd do not make me remake the model? ?
