dualcore and display problems v20

I've had visual problems for a while in 20.
Every now and then, during a recalculation, I become the inside elle windows black, or I do not update the toolbar from an ambienmte to another.
checking with the task manager I noticed that this happens when the 1stcore is 100%, at the same time I noticed that the 2nd core never climbs over a 5%.
So the doubt arises, is it if you do not use the 2cores well (using half of the processor in fact) or does this depend on some other factor/setting?

if you use only one prosecutor.
Maybe try reinstalling everything by removing the registry keys.
So many times solve this.

(I was checking for an agg. hw, I might deserve to change the procio too)

...maybe I say a cabbage, but not recognizing multicores seems to me a further proof of the backwardness in which it fell if

every time it changes something better and after a while it returns to worse...
as I said in a 3d later I was considering replacing it with a picturefx1400 (now it is a 540)

However I can assure you that not always the updated drivers work properly, we in the office have well thought to take a firegl ati, but never again nothing different than picture nvidia.

..I know well go! a short time ago I will have installed 10 different drivers to see if it improved!!! from those certified to the most recent to the oldest.. .
at first it seems to have solved, but then I get back the problems of slowness or wrong views (for example, sometimes, I do not see the lines of sketches, or at least not from firm, but only if I rough the views...).
I think there's some other installed program that bothers him...
