edit holes in solid edge 18

Good evening,
I take advantage to greet everyone, I am new to the surroundings =)

The problem I have is the following:
I edited a design of a plate in dft environment. in the passage from the old format however the holes are recognized as "blocks".
The result is that it doesn't allow me to copy them in a sketch in the environment... I do not claim to recreate the hole automatically, but at least to retain its positioning.

So... the two options that come to my mind are:
Is there a way to copy the blocks in the sketchy environment?
- is there a way to unlock the "hole lock" for the whole document without having to hole it?

thinks he has more plates with a 60ine of cadauna holes.
My question is: Is there a way to "unlock" with 1 click for all holes?
if they select them all, pressing the dx button on one cancels the selection clearly.

not that I know, but I use the 18th, the later versions have some more function regarding the blocks.

It really seems strange to me that there are solutions (also "sporty") about it.
