Good morning to all,
I am enrolled from a bit on the forum but it is the first time as an active member. here is my problem:
I am checking a structure with ansys, and this interfaces with a grid below dependent on another company and of which I do not yet have all the necessary information.
On the other hand, applying a constraint to the interface of my structure seems too binding.
my question is: and if I applied an elastic bond (efs), with a stiffness value equal to that of the material, would it be a good schematization in your opinion? of course in the three directions as it acts only normally to the surface.
Thank you in advance, good day!
