I need to correct the feature of the movement of a cinematism controlled by a brushless.
I'll explain.
I have a brushless with epicycloidal gear that runs at constant speed.
on the slow tree I have a crank that drives through a biella a lever that swings for a tot of degrees.
the crank pin therefore induces a movement with sine velocity to the biella and this is reported (with the due corrections due to the various relative positions that the components assume ) to the angular movement of the lever.
My question is: can the drive change this feature to the limit of having a constant angle movement on the lever, directly proportional to the rotation of the motor?
currently my project provides a brushless that swings forward and indrè equal degrees of the lever, so synchronism is guaranteed, but I would like to exploit a lever ratio.
Moreover, in the current configuration, I must insert electrical and mechanical limits to avoid excessive running with consequent shocks.
Instead, using a biella-manovella, these limits I could avoid.
It is clear that, having to do the inversions of direction, the drive in current and future configuration will also care to manage the accelerations and decelerations of its rotary motion.
the question I will also ask those who give me the brushless drive but I am interested in having an opinion of some expert not directly involved.
Bye.
