error "fatal error dbx cas 0" in autocad 2010

I installed my 2010 autocad version on my new 64-bit computer, but every time I open a file after little gives me "fatal error dbx cas 0" and it closes everything.
I looked for solutions but I don't understand why.
I press that the computer is new and I have 12 gb ram.
possible that depends on the version of autocad?

After endless attempts, even after installing the service pack, I turned off all the "important" layers and first delete the objects with a cross and then a nice purge, I was allowed to save and proceed with the work.
