error ricorrente ownvalue buckling

Good morning to all,

I'll go right to the point. doing autovalve analysis with ansys and block lanczos method (batch) I started finding (in the output file) this error:
*** error ***
no data sets on file.

*** error ***
load set not found on result file file.rst.
all this with the same structure that with the reduction method did not give any error.

At this point, to check that I did not make mistakes in the input file writing or anything like that, I transferred the geometry only to ansys and launched the analysis from there. all set without mistakes.
the problem is that the deformed at the end of the analysis launched by ansys is correct and no error is detected.
but when reading the results (what I'm interested is time/freq.) in list results, the window is empty. then I interpreted the blank window as the warning coming out in the .txt file by throwing it in batch.

I also tried with other files with the same procedure to understand if it could be an isolated problem to that only structure or my own error of writing of the generalized input files, but in other structures all smooth and is correct.

someone can tell me what it might be about, maybe based on their experience, because I've been looking for guides but I can't find anything about it.
I have no great experience about it because I have been using ansys for a few months and at this point I don't know exactly what to try.

the part regarding the analysis in the .txt file so I wrote:

above this is the matrix of elements and knots, constraints and forces, which I do not carry for matters of hallucinating length.Thank you very much
