I know that in nx9 it is possible to insert points or references of the spline through coordinates from external file or expressions, but I can't do it.

expressions and files are two different ways to create a spline. There is a post started by me in which I ask where the old command spline is located where you can select a file for the input of points. You have to pull it out with customization. once you do this you use it with the point from file option.

this file (.dat) must be like

try searching on the manual "law curves", find examples on how to create curves from equations and see if that's what you meant.
