Hello, everyone! I wanted to ask for feasibility or not of something. I would like, with catia 5 r20 to extract in a file, for example txt, all the text present in drawing 2d. Let me explain, suppose we have an electrical circuit where there are resistance values and they want to edit by replacing them with other values. say that it is possible to take all the text, "put it" in a text file, edit it and then resume it inside the drawing? ?

Suppose we really have to do such an operation on so many designs, not being able to do as I just said, how could you do it?? knowing that each design is different from another.

But you have to find who can do it.

cmq is the command find text and replace if you want to do it manually (ctrl h)

I don't want to go into this because I don't know the problem......... but the example you've done doesn't seem like an obstacle....... find a-a and replace a-b :smile:

cmq even if you do a macro do nothing but look for a text and replace it with another............... It is obvious that if you have 10 a-a texts and only 4 must be replaced, you must "train" the macro to do what you want, while with the command you look for a text at a time and replace only those you want.
