fatigue analysis ansys

hello to everyone, could someone help me with ansys fatigue analysis? I can't figure out how to differentiate the loading of two different loads in the fatigue tool, i.e. I have to do a fatigue test with two sinusoidal loads and a static (or with one of the two loads with an average value different from zero).
