I tried without success and therefore I try the way to create a generic label with instance-type parameters assigned to the generic label managed by a parameter of visibility (yes/no). All to manage in the phase of assignment in the project their visibility. in clearer words if I create a generic label with assigned the number of the room and its area and its description, manage through a check box the visibility of ciscuno of the parameters of the label in the project. I hope I was clear in exposing the problem. Thank you.

once you duplicate your label:
- go to family change
- select the parameter (e.g. the area)
- in the properties instance, there is a "invisible" field
- select the square button at the end of the field (after the value column)
- the si/no parameter association screen opens
- add a parameter (name and grouping) e.g.: name = area value view; grouping = other
- select the property (type or instance)
confirmation, save and exit
once insert the label into the drawing:
- select the label
- element property
- change
and opens the label management picture with the visibility parameter previously assigned, manageable with the visibility check

repeat the operation with the other parameters contained in the label

hi gfrank, I thank you for the answer, but unfortunately I can't completely execute the thing, in the modeling phase of the generic label I can assign the parameters of control of the visibility but when I pick up the modified label family (and properly saved and loaded in a rvt file) the only category that I can visulize is that "graphic" (with the check of the direction line and the horizontal one)? I can't understand where I'm wrong!

I rectify myself, using a generic annotation family for locals, I manage the display parameters (yes/nos) of the area , volume etc.... only if they are inserted as "type" parameters in the annotation family and not as an instance parameter!! Why? Hello again
