generic inventor quota 2020 problem

Good morning to all,
I have a problem with the generic quota on inventor 2020 that does not allow me to make the quota correctly.
I tried to fix it but nothing to do.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

depends on how you want it, if you want it horizontally you have to touch the intersection point of the profiles and not the inclined profile, if you want it in the center of the round you have to touch a generic point of a circumference and not one of the four "polar" points. selected points direct the mouse vertically, should you preview. Once placed it is not editable.

In other drawing views configurations come out but when I go to measure that distance I don't know why I do this and don't go out the various configurations.

I want it horizontal though if I go to select points to carry out the quota it creates this problem.
