"heavy" files with a couple of dwf submitted

I use autocad lt 2014 and I have inserted a couple of dwf submitted in a file and I have made a crop so as to attach to the practice of construction also the urban stralci. the problem is that my file, when I visualize the dwfs in the model, becomes very slow especially in the pans, while it is normal, even if perhaps a little weighted, in the views where do not appear to me dwf.
you know why and how can I solve the problem?
Do you know a sw that allows me to import the dwf and then cut it by creating a small file without losing in quality (in practice full barrel and drunk wife)?
with the special sw of autodesk which I now remember the name nothing to do because I can not even charge it (see my other post with error of visual c++).

print dwf crops creating jpg, use high resolutions for better result, and use them instead of dwf.
