help selection software

Hello, everyone.
I would need advice to change design software.
I am responsible for the design and construction of safety systems; I need a software that allows me to:
- insert the devices in planimetry 2d and 3d
- create device library that I use to automatically extract the need from a project
- manage cables and interconnections by calculating meters of need
- to create square front
- compatible with dwg files
- compatible with metel lists

until now I have always used autocad but allows me to do little of what I have listed.
I never used autocad electrical so I don't know if it can help me.
Also looking a little I found these software:

sd project - spac start
electrographics – cadelet
acca software – electrical implantation
siemens – sienergy integrates

Hello everyone, my name is simone, I work in a technical office in the province of pleasure. I am a mechanical engineer with specialization in motor design.
between working and training experiences I worked with caia, inventor, pro and, autocad, sketch up.
I am not new to the forum; I had never written before, only read and searched for solutions.
