how to create a standard cartilage

Good morning to all,
I use inventor pofessional 2020.
I have this kind of problem:
I created a cartilage on a .idw sheet, but it is present only in this sheet. I would like to make sure that when I open a new sheet the paper is already mine, as if it were standard. How do I do that?
