how to use printing stairs

Hello. I have to prescribe that I do not attend much forums and so I ask forgiveness if I am not in the right section and if I ask for something trivial.
I am a user with the very first weapons with autacad (so far for what was required I used mostly revit) so now that I am forced to use this software I find myself in great difficulty. I don't get along very well and I already bought a manual to start using it. But by urgency I find myself asking for a hand.
I have to print from a vector file the part of a roma neighborhood. the file is obviously a dwg and I should print a very limited part in scale 1:1000. I tried to follow the manual instructions and did some prints. each is different from the other! I don't understand where I'm wrong. autocad tells me that the design was made in millimeters. Can anyone help me?

if you need to print from the model set the following print scale: 1000 mm = 2000 units

the make-up (not to slip away) is always put 1000 mm and then the desired scale, for example:

1000 = 100 -> (scale 1:100)
1000 = 500 -> (scale 1:500)
1000 = 732 -> (scale 1:732) :tongue:

clearly per unit = meters

Thank you very much... you were short and concise and so it was much easier! :biggrin:
