hpc calculation

good evening to all , I ask you a support because I am becoming mad, I am currently working on a new pc on which ansys installed, it is comport from 2 xeon and 5 2658 v3 with active 24 physical cores and 48 in hyper, but when I launch a simulation with workbench uses only 2 for a total of 4 % cpu used, as from what I have reported there is the hpc license, it is possible at least to make working 47? Thank you.

found, you can choose the amount of core from within the mechanical , under tool and solver settings. However, I have noticed that on 24 physical cores and 24 other logics, only physical ones use me, even if I have imposed 48 cores, is there any solution to this problem?
