I looked for by sea and on land but I couldn't find practically anything about the formulas and size characteristics of the htd profile, typically used in the distribution of motors.
someone who can help me? I'd like to draw some pulleys with z=40.

there will be a reason why you want to draw them, but there are already the models provided by various manufacturers ( sit / clavals ).
unless they have special materials or shapes, the pulleys are bought and reworked.

Surely the file doesn't have the right profiling, if you fresi could have problems.
I don't know how convenient it is to get a full pulley, special needs apart.
in the forum you always mention kiss-soft as top for profiling of gear teeth, I don't know if you do even synchronous pulleys, but I think it costs a figure not compatible with drawing a piece.

the reference standard is the iso13050 for standard steps, step 9.525 is not standard for htd profiles
