Good morning.

I found on a site of explosions where passing the mouse on the parts highlight the name of the part, the code even the price etc. Does anyone know if there is a solidworks plugin (or other) that allows to export the assembly, in a format compatible with the web, so that the information of the individual parts remains to have a result like the one described above or similar?

it can also be done with solidworks composed, the layout is a little different but the functional result is identical. the prices you can already have them in the cad metadata or you can add them directly in composer, it is indifferent. see the link below:
