I realized the drawing in scale 1:1, then I clicked on design choice > design manager > settings... > attributes and I set scale 1:50.
then in document > scale drawing plant I set the plant to 1:50.
only that I always see the dimensions of the drawing at 1:1.
I would also like to ask for a small information: I usually carry the pdf of the plant and I open it in illustrator and then I will dress up the drawing to please, you know if there is a more precise and fast method to export the technical design in the right format?

I did not understand the first problem: the quotas did not resize, or you wanted that instead of the real measure, they gave the fictitious one of the scaling (1 meter 1:1 is 1 meter even if the scale becomes 1:2, it is not that it becomes 0.50...)
to export to illustrator, you can safely save in pdf and then open it in illustrator. when saved in pdf, everything remains in scale
